Mr. Syamal Gupta, Director Tata-Sons, is a leader in one India’s leading corporations and a passionate supporter of innovation in India.

Mr. Donald Peck is amongst the most successful Indian Private Equity and social enterprise investors. As the founder of Lok Capital and Actis in India, Mr. Peck is credited with supporting the growth of highly successful companies such as IDFC, UTI Bank and Daksh-IBM.

Dr. D.S. Brar, ex-CEO Ranbaxy, and CEO of GVK Bio, is one of India’s leading healthcare executives. He is an industry stalwart credited with bringing the Indian pharma industry on the world-stage.

Mr. Graham Wrigley, the founding partner of Permira PE, is credited with creating one of the world’s most successful Private Equity firms. He is now focused on creating double-bottom-line enterprises in India and Africa.

Andrew Cousin is a Senior Advisor to i2india and is helps co-ordinates i2india’s business activities in the USA. Andrew has extensive operating and investment experience and guides i2india in finding innovative technologies as well as in building collaborative relationships with inventors in the USA. Andrew Cousin is the Founder and Managing Partner of Triple Creek Capital. Prior to Triple Creek, he was the Chairman and CEO of Amersham Corporation a privately held group of operating companies supplying products to the Aerospace, Automotive, Medical Device and Electronics industries. Mr. Cousin has over 25 years of experience in the acquisition and operation of businesses. Mr. Cousin earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bristol and has an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Mr. Chris Mathias, our Chairman and successful serial entrepreneur, who has created over 30 successful businesses, including Conduit Communications. Chris has a passion for mentoring entrepreneurs and for espousing the cause of social entrepreneurship in India.

Mr. D. Mishra, our CEO, is an experienced technology commercialization expert and serial entrepreneur, with 13+ years of experience at Stanford Research International, USA.

In addition, we have a strong network of industry leaders, market experts, entrepreneurs and patent experts in most of the high growth markets. We bring these resources to help accelerate the pace and quality of promising technical inventions.

Management Team

Anup Viswanathan is responsible for sourcing technologies in the Cleantech/ Other Technologies space. He is involved in active scouting of new technologies and evaluating their suitability for the Indian market by understanding market requirements. He also works on various aspects associated with commercialization of technologies and bringing them to the market, by closely working with Entrepreneurs. Prior to i2india, Anup has worked in companies at various stages of evolution, in roles that cut across the Business Development, Product and Project Management functions. Anup holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB), and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Anna University.

Vincent Rajendran Anthony is the Operations head for i2india & Technovate, and is responsible for creating new companies (all Regulatory Registrations), and was responsible for creating Technovate a 25C Company( not for Profit) . Prior to joining i2india, was working with Actis capital LLP based out in Delhi and was responsible for setting up the Office infrastructure of Actis & Actis global services Pvt Ltd. Vincent holds a Bachelors degree & degree  in  Administration.

Jitendra Pratap Singh joined the i2india team as a Healthcare Research Analyst. Jitendra assists in technology sourcing and market research and analysis. Prior to joining i2india, he worked as a Research Assistant in Genetic Engineering at the National Institute of Animal Nutrition and Physiology. Jitendra holds a Master degree in Biotechnology from Bangalore University, India.
